I am a Ph.D. student at Georgia Tech ISyE, where I am advised by Prof. Pascal Van Hentenryck. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, I received my B.S. in Operations Research and Engineering at Cornell University. I was fortunate to work with Profs. David Shmoys, Shane Henderson, and David Goldberg at Cornell, as well as Prof. Eleftheria Kontou at UIUC.
My research develops optimization methods for large-scale operational decisions under uncertainty, primarily in logistics and transportation. A central question in my work is how machine learning can make these models faster and more reliable, so that they can be used in practice.
Learning-augmented optimization: using machine learning to accelerate large-scale solvers, including ML-guided heuristics, graph neural networks, and optimization proxies trained end to end.
Contextual decision-making under uncertainty: incorporating covariates and forecasts into operational decisions, through contextual stochastic optimization, decision-focused learning, and conformal prediction.
AI for operations research: LLM-based tools that support the formulation, re-optimization, and analysis of optimization models.
